The Mendoza Software Factory sustains a methodology based on the international standards defined by CMMI. We assign a Project leader who establishes a direct relationship with the client. Together they define and resolve all needs related to requirements, design norms and other aspects of the project.

Additionally our Account Executives establish permanent communication with the contact at the client site to assure our customers’ satisfaction.

Our applications are designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and we apply the process standards of RUP (Rational Unified Process).
