Turn Key Projects >>
Fixed Price Turn Key Projects: This business model is
a low-risk option for our clients based on their requirements. The Mendoza
Software Factory manages, executes and controls the development of the
solution assuring quality, meeting deadlines and controlling costs.
Billing is based on a pre-negotiated fixed amount for the project.
The typical steps followed in this model are:
• The client defines and communicates their requirements to the
Mendoza Software Factory.
• The MSF re-states the requirements to assure a mutual understanding
of the clients needs.
• The MSF quotes a Fixed Price for the development.
• Upon approval of the quote, our team creates a project plan
detailing all the necessary resources.
• The MSF manages, executes and controls the development of the
solution. Our client is in constant contact with the Project Leader
and perform reviews along with the Account Manager according to their
specific requirements to assure project transparency.
• The project is delivered on time and on budget while providing
the necessary support at the client site.
• The MSF continues to work alongside the client after release,
as well as post-release maintenance services such as enhancements and
bug fixes, if required.
Offshore Development Center >>
This model brings together a team of specialized, multi-disciplinary
resources organized and managed by the Mendoza Software Factory to meet
our client’s specific business needs. Billing is based on man-hours
at the contracted rate.
The benefits of this model include:
• Allows for the quick formation of an offshore team working alongside
your existing development team during your working hours.
• An infrastructure, including hardware, software, tools and communications,
built according to your needs and wholly dedicated to your projects.
• A tested offshore development approach aligned with your business
model, systems and processes according to your long term outsourcing
strategy.
• Team management handled by the Mendoza Software Factory while
the ability to add requirements and change specifications stay within
the clients control.

The Mendoza Software Factory (MSF) sustains a methodology
based on the international standards defined by Capability Maturity
Model® Integration (CMMI). We assign a Project leader who establishes
a direct relationship with the client.
Together they define and resolve all needs related to requirements,
design norms and other aspects of the project. Additionally our Account
Executives establish permanent communication with the client to assure
our customers’ satisfaction.
